Shri Arun Agarwal founded Nav Durga Creation in 1995 in the heart of Burra Bazar, Kolkata — one of the city's oldest and most vibrant commercial hubs. With little more than determination and an instinct for what people truly want to wear, he built something that no square footage could contain: a trusted name in ethnic and bridal fashion.
Over thirty years, Shri Agarwal's vision has remained consistent — that every customer who walks through the doors of Nav Durga deserves to be treated not as a transaction, but as a guest. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Pushpendra brings rigour, structure, and strategic thinking to the business. He oversees the financial health and operational backbone of Nav Durga Creation, ensuring that the brand's growth is as strong internally as it is visible externally. His work behind the scenes is what allows the creative and customer-facing sides of the business to flourish.

Ankush Agarwal — Director, Design & Creative
A graduate of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Ankush leads the design vision at Nav Durga Creation. He brings formal training and a contemporary sensibility to a deeply traditional craft — curating collections that honour Indian textile heritage while speaking fluently to the modern wardrobe. Under his creative direction, Nav Durga has evolved into a label that is as relevant today as it has ever been.
